Journey of Breathwork and Sound Healing

Service Description

These sessions are no longer a set investment of £25.00 and are now offered as a donation-based exchange, guided by trust, openness, and community. You are invited to give what feels true for you and all donations can be made in advance or brought in cash on the evening of the session in honour of your experience and your current circumstances. All offerings are received with gratitude and are lovingly reinvested into the growth of a new outdoor sanctuary- "The Conscious Community Hub" which is an emerging space for connection, healing, and conscious gatherings. A place where we can come together in presence, reconnect and support one another in living with greater awareness and harmony. In giving, you become part of something greater—helping this shared vision unfold and touch the lives of many. Our Journeys of Breathwork and Sound Healing provide a stepping stone into a space where you are gently guided back to yourself. Through conscious breath and immersive sound, we invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. This is a space to release what no longer serves, and the subtle weight of daily life—without force or fear, simply through awareness and acceptance. As your breath deepens, you may begin to notice a natural shift: from reacting to responding, from tension to ease, from noise to clarity. This journey supports a deep, and often much needed reset of the nervous system, allowing the body’s innate healing intelligence to awaken. Many experience a sense of lightness, expanded perspective, renewed creativity and clarity—an inner alignment that flows into everyday life. There is nothing you need to achieve here. Only to breathe, receive, and remember. We’ll close with nourishing, natural refreshments and gentle integration. Come as you are.
