Did you know you're also a highly skilled architect?
But not just an architect of a building, an architect of life itself, your life!
How would an architect ensure their vision comes to fruition? By planning and being consistent in making conscious decisions to create something beautiful.
What can get in the way of creating this masterpiece? Stuff can!
We all go through stuff that can be challenging, traumatic and lonely.
But life can also be amazing, uplifting, productive, life can be full of joy, true inner peace and abundance, and this is something we can all achieve.
A storm may damage a building, when the weather settles an opportunity is presented to repair which will ensure the integrity of the building is strong inside and out.
Whether you've had a traumatic experience, or going through one, the storm will pass, you will have an opportunity to understand what happened, to learn, to grow, to release, to evolve.
We all have the ability to make conscious decisions for ourselves, but sometimes there can be a wall between knowing what we need to do or making a positive change and actually taking that step in the right direction. And that may be the case until we are ready to let go. To let go of anything that is holding us back, and that usually means emotional baggage, attachments, programming and conditioning.
How do we get around that? By making small realistic changes into your day to day life by investing in things that raise your vibration and that raise your consciousness. Create new habits, new learnt behaviours and new ways of life.
We've all heard the buzz word "mindfulness", the essence of mindfulness is to bring the present moment to our awareness-a fundamental part to creating a masterpiece. Mindfulness doesn't stop at breathwork, meditation and other techniques.
Be mindful of what you eat, what you drink, what you watch, how you talk to yourself, what you listen to, who you spend time with. If something doesn't resonate with you, listen to that feeling, follow your intuition.
When we are mindful of all of the above, and start to make small changes in any current habits, we raise our vibration, we raise our consciousness. We open ourselves up to higher perspectives and connect to greater truths, this allows us to actually take that step we never do.
So be present and be powerful! Embrace your creative side, spend time in nature, go barefoot for a little while, hug a tree, meditate, go for a cold dip or shower, exercise, try breathwork, yoga and sound healing, spend your spare time with people who uplift and inspire you, observe your thoughts, don't be your thoughts.
